It's funny how most of the 5 star ratings are currently employed members of the Joliet staffing staff.They're extremely unprofessional and will lie to you about everything you'll be doing at wcd just to get you in there.

Everything sounds nice when they tell you about the job, and the job wasn’t so bad. Joliet Staffing onsites are HORRIBLE and could care less about employees. I would highly suggest applying somewhere other than joliet staffing to get in.

If I were Trader Joe's I would take a look at the management team set into place. If you can get away with doing 1% of the work and make as much as they do then I am not surprised why they had to go through a temp agency to employ people. I can't imagine how profitable and efficient that place would be if they had real leadership, and not just a bunch of people who threaten their employees. the floor team was awesome and did an amazing job. Office ladies were very nice when I applied, but very unprofessional when I left. If I can see these problems in two days, and they are this blind, then good luck in your future.
