They lack clear communication. If you do not fit what they want from an applicant then please go to someone else. They were lovely to me, but they honestly have such a niche when it comes to their services and what they offer. I gave them one star since honestly I wish I realized how useless they were to me. I felt like a number on their list of applicant (the type of list you show future employers of "here's a list of applicants, everyone is awful except this one person we only approve of"). I get that employment is a game, but I do need to be appear of their list or give them free range of my personal information. Honestly, do not bother with them and their "services" And I am not bitter. I have a job and for once I am organizing my life and I want others not to fall for their false perception of being a "Search group" when they do not really search for anyone. I got a job due to my hard work and not because of their services.
