Over all good company with a great mission to help children in need. This post receives a 2 start for lack of motivation, respect and encouragement from manangment. The leadership does not support staff and provide enough hands on training. If management doesnt like you they will treat you as an out side and set you up to fail. In the past 6 month I have worked with the company I have heard of 5 people leaving. Good people leave or can't do the job well when you are continuously told negative things. I would encourage the leadership to encourage support and say what they preach. Encouragement and trust is desperately needed from leadership to employee
