I’m very upset do to the fact my wife and I were “SOLD” into paying for representation and a false hopes of getting our OIC approved. They were SO confident on the phone with us and made use believe it was going to be a piece of cake, that our situation would be analyzed and the offer would more than likely be accepted....BUT OUT OF NOWHERE once they took our money it became “O, We don’t recommend you do a OIC, it won’t be accepted” This sucks on all levels. This experience has been nothing but full of regrets with the company. We’ve been dealing with unanswered calls, unorganized portal documentation, to late filings on “The Company’s ” behalf, and what I’m telling you now, whoever is reading this, this should solidify your thoughts about partnering with KD&A being a mistake. There has been no benefits of doing business we’ve experienced yet. Money & Time has been thrown down the drain. 2k$ later and we’re still at square 1.
