Overall Feedback:

Robin Bastar and his assistant Lili have destroyed my life. The agreement was that they would do a business ledger, a Profit and Loss and Income statement. They never did the business ledger. We have an operating agreement. My brother flew in from New York to meet with Robin Bastar and Lili and showed them in the operating agreement he is to receive monthly statements to show where the money is going. Robin Bastar and Lili's claim that that is just way too much information and business owner's simply do not want to be bothered with a business ledger showing where their money went. When they were first hired, however, they agreed to do this business ledger and claimed that it was utterly necessary for us to get on Quickbooks Online. We have since gone to a new accountant and they say that Quickbooks generates the business ledger automatically for you once you input the expenses. Therefore, creating a business ledger is no big deal. Yet, according to Lili and Robin it's more painful and difficult then pulling teeth...and a total bother to business owners. Not only that, but Lili claimed it was necessary to hold on to our receipts. For over 1 year she kept our 2017 receipts and couldn't even get our taxes done on time by the March deadline. Because they failed to do a business ledger, this opened the door for me to be attacked as a failure in our business. They have destroyed my life. Robin Bastar and Lili have completely and utterly destroyed my life and everything I have worked for. They absolutely sabatoged me.
