Overall Feedback:
I recently did an order for them for Instacart, where they ordered 118 items for their office.They not only tipped pretty low (4 dollars) (keep in mind amount of items I had to carry myself for most of the duration of the order) but I had to wait a half hour for them to help me get the items up even when I called them about 4 times and messaged them that I need help since the boxes I had the items were very heavy due to the quantity (They never answered the phone and I was never rude in the messages I sent them) When I worked at an office, I often had to help bring bring catering orders up, so it was surprising that they were so shocked by this. They also reported me for a damaged item which was out of my control. I would never get any customer a damaged item and it was definitely not damaged when I brought it up to the into the building. Maybe the company itself is good, but in the future, certain people in the company should be more compassionate towards people in other fields that may not have the opportunity to work a 9-5 job due to personal issues out of their control and be ready to help in a timely matter. Also, I wouldn’t even be writing this if they didn’t rate me negatively, for one “damaged” item out the 118 items they ordered, which again wasn’t damaged when I picked it up and brought it to them.
