I’d put zero stars if that was an option. We just recently moved to Montgomery and are looking for a CPA. We called Thomet’s office after a referral and they said to bring by previous year’s taxes to look at to see if we were a good fit. We did that and were told someone would call us. Waited over a week with no word. Went by to inquire about it and was told the person who would be looking at it had been out of town but was back, to come back the next day which was Thursday. We went back and the receptionist handed my husband our paperwork, said since she had been out of town Monday and Tuesday that she never got a chance to look at them. That was it. Not “would you like to leave them longer for her” or “would you like to make an appointment” or “I’m sorry”- NOTHING. I was shocked.
