Kilmer & Associates was recommended to me while I was waiting for an appointment for physical therapy. I made the remark that after leaving the PT appointment I had an appointment with a tax Accountant. I was dissatisfied because the accountant I had used the previous year became unaccessible after April 15 . They were closed until the next tax season. Kilmer & Associates' phone number was given to me. I went to my car, immediately called Kilmer and associates and told them why I thought I needed a different tax accountant. They took me immediately, I did not have to wait forever for an appointment. They took my very disorganized records and saved me a considerable amount of money. I was pleased.
