This Redlands branch kimco agency is really disappointing not recommended for nobody. They don’t treat you with respect and are rude in an unprofessional way. I worked for a year here in 2018-2019 they say they will hire a lot of people but just like to keep there associates satisfied with lies! They favoritism who ever they like mostly Ilene was her name she was a really bad recruiter with bad attitude that is why she was fired because she was being with a supervisor from the facility. They don’t care if you are going through hard times they don’t give you support. They overwork you and expect you to work 7 days a week with no double time pay! They play you for your hours, and karina is another lady that don’t help you and she is rude this agency needs some structure and Respect. They are lazy and lack on giving their associates PPE they don’t care for safety and PT all leads and supervisors are horrible they over work you so they can reach there daily goals I would give no stars to this piece of s*** place! Becks is a Pt that’s lazy and has no respect for his workers also David and these supervisors always chat all day and have there leads /right hand do all their work as well as the daily emails they sent to their own boss! I ain’t capping neither this is all FACTSS!!
