We had a complicated real estate easement issue our initial attorney overlooked so we approached several attornies in the area. Most said they could not litigate the issue, so we kept searching. We even ran across one sub-par attorney that took our significant retianer fee THEN said we had no case.Fortunately, one of the attornies we spoke to recommended Kitson and Schuyler. K&S listened to our issue, thought about a strategy and agreed to take on the challenge. Kitson and Schuyler successfully litigated our case and obtained the results we were looking for. In 6 months, we had closure and were able to move on with our business. I highly recommend this team!

I phoned Peter Schuyler to find out if he could help me with a civil case I had hoped to bring. He listened patiently to my explanation, shared his opinion on the facts that I outlined, and advised me to consider small claims court instead of attempting to seek damages from a civil suit.
