Thought this preparer was great until I got my return. Instead of taking $293 out of my return, as we discussed the day I filed, my returns came back an additional $177.95 short. I thought it was a simple mistake, but after speaking with Keryl, who was loud, unprofessional, and argumentative on the phone, I was told, "well what do you want cause you're not getting any money from me" I would NEVER return here or refer someone to them. If I were you and you have done business with them, I'd advise you to check your returns against what you actually got to make sure they did not get some extra money from you as well.Update: I was also audited because of some shady entries put on my return. Use this service at your own risk.
