Extremely expensive... they have messed up my tax returns to the point that we have had to get an amendment 3 different times. The entire time they had all required documents they needed but charged ME every time they have had to fix them because the IRS claims the amendment is incomplete. I have paid over $800 this year for tax services that have not been done correctly and have not been my fault either. This is unethical and they are paid for a service and until that service is rendered completely they should not be charging the client additional money. I could understand if it was my fault and I wasn’t providing all of the documentation needed or something along those lines but it hasn’t been. They have wasted my time and money and I will not be using their services going forward.
