Error on vehicle title that was transferred here and almost one year later it is not fixed. I was on the phone multiple times as well as personally stopped by the office and got told it takes time to process. Spoke with PennDOT and they have no record of any forms or any effort from this business to fix the incorrect title. They took my original title and registration and I had to pay out of pocket to get a new registration as well as pay out of pocket at another notary to get my title fixed that was their error!! Office staff is very rude and does not provide any sort of helpful advice. I was promised a call back multiple times and never once received a phone call back! I would never EVER recommend going here for title transfer or any notary needs.

Very unprofessional and terrible communication. I went here to file my taxes and he did my federal and state taxes, charged me a 100$, never did my local taxes and he told me to do my local taxes myself because he was frustrated with the fact that I would call once a week to find out when I could pick up my 2019 pay voucher and my city taxes whick took 3 weeks and he never did them. Terrible service! Now I have to go else where, to do my local taxes.

All I wanted to do was a simple notary transaction and the treatment I got in return was simply disgusting. I do not need a lesson in law from a person who can barely speak English, and to speak with someone else would be pointless according to her ...she is the main person in charge and her husband Senor Klick will do whatever she states. Reported because the notary transaction was not lawful and she is misrepresenting the law when she behaves that way . I will never support such a farce again, and I would certainly avoid this business if you want professional service and legal proficiency.
