They not only take full charge of all your books but handle all filings/ reporting and also payroll processing., audit support, etc. They are a warm bunch, fully family owned. Highly experienced in all ways. I can't sing their praises enough. I feel like they are part of my team here at the business and when I am there in their office I feel like part of the family. Lubna has been preparing my tax returns for several years. I have strong confidence in her skills and knowledge. When I leave her office, I know she has done everything she can to ensure accuracy. Lubna treats her clients with respect and understands that this time is stressful for a lot of people. I had an issue this year where I gave the incorrect account number. When I let her know of the mistake I made (thankfully, I caught it early) she immediately sprang into action and rectified the issue at hand. I was incredibly appreciative of that. After the preparation, Lubna is willing to sit down with her clients and offer tax planning. I will continue to be a loyal client and thank you Lubna (KNR Services) for your help. The peace of mind I receive is well worth their fee.
