Lubna has been preparing my tax returns for several years. I have strong confidence in her skills and knowledge. When I leave her office, I know she has done everything she can to ensure accuracy. Lubna treats her clients with respect and understands that this time is stressful for a lot of people. I had an issue this year where I gave the incorrect account number. When I let her know of the mistake I made (thankfully, I caught it early) she immediately sprang into action and rectified the issue at hand. I was incredibly appreciative of that.
