With all the identity scams out there, you think a company that sends out such personal information wouldn't be such nasty horrible company when you call and ask to make an address change. No it wasn't a simple sorry they already went out let us send you another one. It's if you don't receive it by the middle of February then email us, but don't bother emailing us until then because we will just ignore it. We don't care that your mail can't be forwarded and the current residents won't give it to you. Customer service was horrible and nasty and I'm so glad that my new employment company does not go through them. Good luck!

Horrible customer service. Just got off the phone with some lady who was clearly not trained to deal with people. Unfortunate.
