I have been going here for at least 6 years and I have not had any issue. The receptionist and the ones I deal with doing my taxes have been nice and friendly.

I went to do my taxes with this place because I was referred by a friend. The charge for this place was 100 dollars. The lady that helped me seem to have underlying attitude and seem inpatient with any questions I had. A month later after submitting my taxes I got a letter from the IRS saying it wasn't properly done. When we went back frustrated and the lady blamed me for not providing the right paperwork and wanted to charge us a additional 75 fee to correct the taxes. So we left and went down the street to one hour taxes on main and they mange to fix everything for us and said we did nothing wrong. They charged us only 20 dollars. I honestly do not recommend this place. They taxes were done wrong and they still have the audacity to blame me and charge me to fix for what I had paid them to originally do correctly.
