I haven't had a blood test in many years, last time was in the doctors office, that tells you how long ago it was. I went to this lab today, very nervous and worried. The receptionist Sue was so nice and professional. The tech Dora was the best, calmed me down, talked to me and before I knew it was done.Fantastic experience

Very polite lab tech - Eve. Must be rough doing that job all day every day. Cranky people, vital bodily fluids, and who knows what! Check in was easy, too, with QR code.

Bare bones operation. One rude person operates the entire office. The woman who works here obviously hates her job. Most unpleasant experience ever. If they had any competition they'd be out of business overnight. Hope I never have to go back.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and they took others in front of me. When they finally called me up they told me they don’t do drug screenings on Saturdays despite having watched as they took two others before me for drug screenings. But I guess it’s okay to cherry pick who they will offer these services to ♀️ The website showed them as the only location in my area that did not specify that drug testing was not done there so I drove 30 minutes. The website should be updated instead of blaming customers for coming in for these services. Finally, with much attitude they helped me while rushing me through the process. Definitely would NOT recommend. They really need to teach their employees a lesson in customer service skills.

My new dermatologist's office recommended this lab. It's only 1 mile from my house. So I figured, BONUS! Perhaps my Dr's office isn't aware of the staff's unprofessional behavior and the awful reviews . I usually use my own experiences before making an opinion. Thank God I read all reviews here!! Thanks to all for for sharing!

The girl/woman at the front desk is so miserable with herself. I have been going there for two years every 4 months and she never has a good day. The girl taking the blood is so friendly. Makes me wonder what's going on in her life to be so miserable BUT I do know this LABCORP SHOULD NOT let her greet the public. If they need to keep her put her in bookkeeping and away from the public I have given her a fair chance but it is either fix that women's attitude or close your doors because I am DONE.
