The absolute worst customer service experience of my life, and I have seen some sh*t. The seemingly miserable receptionist just scowls and points you to the kiosk. She never says hello, good bye, please, or thank you. Unless you have no other choice on earth, don't go here. Labcorp needs to train their staff to relate to other human beings. Otherwise, they'll eventually go under, as the recent reviews make plain.
