Had 10 am appointment. Waiting area filled. Was taken on time. Front desk lady was very friendly (I didn't get her name). Phlebotomist (Veronica) very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Thank you! Only concern would by location signage. Suite 111 was difficult to locate in back of complex off Bob Hope Drive.
