The front lady is nice and very helpful. There was an older gentleman (African American)in the front office as well who was also very nice. This older older lady who works there too was being so rude to the gentlemen and she even told him to shut up in front of 4 patients that were waiting in line to get checked in. The older lady told the guy to go to the back and she began asking him what is his problem and if he has an issues and the guy said he didn't have an issue but she should tell him to shut up in front of patients and she said stated that she can do what she wants. I think that it was so uncalled, disrespectful and unprofessional for her to talk to people in that matter.
