This is Eric P. I worked for the branch in Chamblee and Atlanta. Now the branch in Atlanta is sooo unprofessional, rude and patronizing. I was relocated in Ga. and asked for my last check to be mailed to me. Ok rhe following week no check. Ok so I called and asked about my check hasn't made it here yet. Now they were apologizing because it was never mailed out it was atill sitting there after Brittany recited the address back to me the first time. Now im needing that money to get back to Atlanta and i expressed that too them and asked Ashey can it be overnighted because it was Brittany's fault not mine that it needs to be overnighted. Long story short corporate wouldn't even help i spoke to Natalie and i atill wasn't accomadated for their neglect. So Asley was supposed to mail it off last week and here it is Thur the 12th and i call again to see if the check was mailed off and they acted like it was the first time they heard about it.
