They don't put you on jobs as quick as you think when you first apply. It's a favoritism thing with them. Underpay you and lack of details when they send you to job sites.They tell you one thing and when you get to the job site, it's another job description. Talking about 'it's a guaranteed full time job', then when you get to the job, it's a whole other story to where their client only needed you for that day. I'm pretty sure they're paying their favorite employees more than $11/hr at a long term job site. Or you'll be only working for a couple hours for a range $8-$9/hr. Which is not worth it. They would send more people than what the client need. It was good for a while until they started to try to play me with their pay rates and hours.
