Wonderful people there from the front desk to the doctor. I was there on a workers comp claim and was treated very well. Very hopeful and optimistic mixed with kindness, just what you need when you are in pain.

Had a 2:45 appointment for a physical, arrived at 2:15 to a very rude front desk employee. I was not called back until 3:45, the nurse was nice as well as the nurse practitioner student that I saw. I had to do a life test (which required me walking across the room on my heels, and toes - as well as up 3 flights of stairs???) with someone else after I saw the nurse practitioner - and waited another 40 minutes until someone came into get me for an activity that took less than 5 minutes to do. I was not out of here until shortly after 5 pm.If you can avoid going here - my suggestion is that you should.

This place is horrible. If I didn't have to come here I would refuse. The front desk employees are rude, you are guaranteed to wait an abnormal amount of time even with an appointment. Yesterday I came in for a TB test (placement) and waited over 3 hours. Today I am here with an appointment for a physical and have already waited 40 minutes over. The first time I came for shots and it took so long I was here until 5:25, 25 minutes after they closed. Did I mention the front desk employees are RUDE. Avoid this place if you can. Go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY!!

Why offer drug screens to wait hours to pee in a cup!! They are lazy batch rude ....if I was forced to be here I would go to labcorp go to any other location but here!! It's that bad! It's 2015 and you don't have a system to just pee in a cup!! But yet you want to have us packed in this waiting room!!

I came in here today to get a a physical, and several shots needed for nursing school. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She rolled her eyes and huffed when I told her what school I was from. Then she told me it was going to be $200, in a manner which implied it was too expensive for me. Then they informed me I needed an appt, (I had called the previous day and was told I didn't need one). And I would have to wait an extra hour (at least 2 total) because the Dr. was going on a lunch break. I made an appt. for the next day, but was so turned off by the attitude of the receptionist. I seemed to have impeded on her day by simply trying to support her place of work. Nonetheless, I found a different place nearby. They were very pleasant... and $100 cheaper! I refuse to patronize businesses with poor customer service.
