I have worked with Jerry for about three years now. He and his staff are absolutely incredible and they answer the phone or return your calls promptly and have answers sooner than you think they would. When setting an appointment with Jerry I have never had to wait around past the appointment time as he seems to allow enough time for each client to talk to them and learn about their financial and tax positions or concerns. I have used four different "professional" tax services (although two of them big-box type services) and I have not found one that I was happy with until I found Landmark Business Solutions. I strongly recommend him to my family, my friends, and my co-workers.

Drop off tax papers, couple weeks later get refund, another week get bill, pay bill, wait till next year and do it again. Very simple. Great company to work with as they treat you like family. If something goes awry, you have someone on your side to help. Last year I dropped off my papers and got the refund before I got the bill. Went in and paid the bill, couple months later I got a letter saying something about an error in payment and to call. I called they explained a little and I explained a little. She said no problem and I was clear. It will be interesting if they still trust folks to pay later or if payment is now required upfront. I personally would prefer to do business with a company that trusts it's customers. But I am a trustworthy person. Lots of people are not.

I was referred to this family business by a close friend when my kids hit college and I didn't want to miss any tax advantages. They are very talented, friendly and give excellent advice in addition to simple tax preparation. I highly recommend.

My wife and I decided to try Landmark Business Solution in 2017, to have our income taxes completed. We called and spoke with a very friendly and helpful customer service rep. She helped us to set an appointment around our schedule. When we arrived at the office we were greeted by a couple of the Landmark team members, all professional and friendly.Our appointment was with Jerry Kenna Jr. There was no waiting; our appointment was right on time for the when we scheduled. Jerry was very knowledgeable, and professional. Our overall experience with Jerry and Landmark Business Solution has been wonderful. This is why we returned this year 2018. This is a (A +++) company, Landmark Business Solution.
