My wife and I are retired and on a fixed income so we're strapped. I'm a retired attorney so I know a little about the Internal Revenue Code. I know just enough to spend a little extra and have my return prepared professionally, correctly and timely. Things have changed and I'm not going to trust my relationship with the IRS to some guy at a card table in Walmart. Recommended.

Lawson & Co CPA’s is an accounting firm who takes the time to understand it’s clients needs and educates them in a way you can understand the information that is being provided. I got the pleasure to work with Kevin Lawson where he provided consulting guidance to me as my organization was looking for a reputable business valuation firm. He reviewed an engagement letter that we already received from a company and he quickly pointed out areas where the focus should have been and it wasn’t even outlined, they were going to provided us with a traditional valuation which was not what we were looking for and Kevin saved me valuable time and money!Although, I worked with Kevin directly the rest of his team is just as knowledgeable and delivers the same level of service. Kevin is so awesome!! I was running around frantic because today is the deadline to file and I do not have my stuff together and ready to file yet. I called IRS and was on hold for an hour before I could even talk to anyone. Then, I was transferred and placed on hold for another 30 minutes . I gave up and called Kevin's office for help. It was a great relief to know Kevin had already filed an extension for us at the beginning of April. Thanks Kevin!!!
