If I could give 0 stars I would. This all started a month ago, our water was shut off for sewage payments being late. Some how we owed 1,700$, we were never called or notified about this, they said a posting was put on our door a month before the water being shut off. We never got that posting and was charged 75.00$ for that. So we were able to scrape up 1,500 dollars and paid it the same day the water was shut off. Now a month later there saying we owe them 900$ for lawer fees, because they were going to sew us for it. When I paid the 1,500$ nothing was said about that. I still don't know how our bill even got to 1,700$, normally if we owed 300$ they would shut it off. When I look back on the bill it says miscellaneous charges. This place is taking advantage of people, and putting people so far in the hole that you can never get out. I wonder if this same thing is happening to other people?
