I can say that Spencer was pleasant enough but I was not informed when making the appt that I would have a $39 fee taken out of my refund on top of their payment. I have gone to other preparers that will hold my check until my refund is deposited. When asked if I would be able to do this, they did inform me that the bank will pay them, Leivas, their fee automatically out of refund, yer nothing was said about the extra $39 fee. I feel this is not good business. Because of this, my state refund is basically going for the tax prep which I will have to pay taxes on next year again.Oh well, live and learn.

Let me express how disgusted I am after being hung up on this morning from a horrible employee answering phones there.... Not only did she keep me on hold for a very long time but she came back on the phone an gave me wrong information... Which means she couldn't even comprehend my question an once I tried to repeat my question she hung up an I called back giving her the benefit of doubt ..an she hung up again.To the owners of this tax office you have a terrible employee wasting your money an giving your business a black eye Lana
