I was looking for a professional CPA. Mike came "highly recommended". After sending four emails and leaving three voicemails over the course of five weeks I finally received a phone call back. I did receive an email response a month after my second attempt that simply stated "please contact me to discuss your situation". I chose to seek out other recommendations. If he was not taking on new clients that is understandable. But out of courtesy and professionalism some kind of communication should have happened.
