We have used LG Insurance for our business and personal insurance needs over the last several years and are very satisfied. Aaron and Margaret are real pros who have access to a range of quality insurance products and providers. We review our coverage together at least once a year which i find useful, mainly to review whether we have appropriate level of coverage across all areas, and are getting the best value for price. Aaron is highly responsive -- for both routine questions and in urgent situations. I cannot recall waiting more than a few hours at most -- including after hours and on weekends and holidays. Beyond LG's insurance business, LG is an active and positive presence in the Jersey shore communities, which reflects very well on their image. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for residential or commercial insurance.

After Superstorm Sandy, I discovered that my business policy did not cover any damage and my broker did not act as my advocate in the claims process. Aaron visited my business and asked the questions that needed to be asked to get a new policy for my specific needs. He added additional coverage where needed, and deleted coverage in areas that did not apply. The end result was a replacement policy designed for my needs AND cost less. I'm really wondering how all these 5 star reviews are here when I can't even get a call back from the team member who was supposed to be working on a quote for me. No response and I tried more than once. I'll be shopping for my insurance elsewhere.

My experience with Aaron and LG insurance group has been nothing short of perfect! Aaron spent the time to sit down with me and come up with a detailed plan to protect my business. We discussed not only risks today, but risks that would need protecting over the next 5-10 years as we grew. We implemented the plan fast and effectively at a very reasonable cost.Thanks Aaron for all the great input and advice!

I had a lot of questions concerning Home Owners & Auto insurance because we were moving from NY to NJ.They were extremely helpful & timely with answers, which took allot of stress out of the move.Moving is no fun,moving to another state is that much worse.
