After Superstorm Sandy, I discovered that my business policy did not cover any damage and my broker did not act as my advocate in the claims process. Aaron visited my business and asked the questions that needed to be asked to get a new policy for my specific needs. He added additional coverage where needed, and deleted coverage in areas that did not apply. The end result was a replacement policy designed for my needs AND cost less.
