Overall Feedback:
To be honest I don't even wanna go through with application anymore and I'm going to explain why.I met with the *New Manager* of life line and he reviewed my application and excuse me but that has been the worst most unpleasant and uncomfortable interview I have ever been through! I'm not gonna put the new manager down but all I'm going to say is you have to least show little bit effort in that you care to know about your future employees while interviewing them, not zoning out not fielding with a paper clip, Not showing signs that you don't care. Thing is Lamika was amazing and the only reason why I personally was not able to continue further last October when I pass my drug test and background screening with Lamika was due to I had family matters of obtaining my son I had to take care of and I wanted to give lamika that assurance of 100% attendance. But I recently just had an interview this month And I was honestly going to write a whole review about it because never in my life have I very been so disrespected and even if was persued further as a hire on with me, I would have denied do to if you can't at least take The timeout, show some respect of the candidate and show at least a little bit of effort in caring for someone who took the time out prepare for an interview than than you guys dont deserve a dedicated employee such as my self and this is most likely the reasoning of why the turn over rate is bad. You guys have a blessed day and please so better.
