After having made the transition in our Benefits Broker in May '15 from Kelly & Associates to Lindsey, I have to give kudos and high praise to Danielle Mendoza, our Benefits Customer Service point of contact! The transition seemed daunting, but Danielle's due diligence and hard work helped us navigate the process with relative ease and clarity. She worked with our various benefits providers to ensure that all employees were billed correctly for all their premiums in this transition! If there were issues with initial incorrect billing, Danielle quickly contacted the vendor and provided almost instant feedback/resolution on issue. When salaries changed for staff in July and our faculty in September, her work in getting us the import files, promptly updating the employees in the system and sending over their new LTD & Vol Life rates was superb! Overall - very knowledgeable at her craft, very friendly and helpful, and has always provided accurate, detailed and prompt responses!
