I was horrified at that professionalism of the nurses and some other staff members. I was placed in a room and told to undress. The nurse left no sheet or blanket. I had to several times before receiving one. I came in telling them I was vomiting no pan or anything had to go to bathroom down the hall to vomit. Also I was having dizziness one male nurse stop me and asked where I was trying to go. He asked the my nurse was I suppose to be up by myself her response "she walk in here by herself" I was to sick to respond. The doctor came in and said he was order a cat scan, pain medication something for vomiting. After being in that room for over 2 hours unattended. I asked to be discharged was going to Rush Hospital all of sudden she remember the doctor ordered medicine. She had to call someone unable to put IV in. Once the IV in it took her another 1/2 hour to come with the medicine. By then I was cold I ask 5 different nurses for another blanket before receiving one an hour later. I understand that it can get busy but if you stop standing around talking about other patients of "why she get pregnant knowing she is going to jail" and few other comments of patients personal business. I will never come to this hospital again if it's under my control. 😡
