My family and I recently rented a home from Long and Foster's Property Management division and I have to say it was one of the most polite, pleasant, and professional experiences I have ever had when renting a home or apartment. From the very beginning Megan and Ashley were highly attentive, responding to my texts and calls very quickly, often within minutes! As with any home, there were a couple of minor repairs that needed to be addressed and they took care of it right away - I was so impressed by their thoroughness and attentiveness. Now that it has been over a month the level of their care has not decreased one iota - thank you so much for helping to turn the house we rented into a home!
