I unknowingly stumbled across Loving Care Home Services from a job posting on Indeed. It has been one of the best jobs I have ever had! It has been such a privilege and blessing working with this agency. Debbie constantly checks in with me and tells me how valuable I am as a nanny. She even went out of her way to mail me a Starbucks gift card and hand written Thank You note. Debbie is a great leader. They have found me such great families to work with for temp jobs and found me with a great permanent family as well. I have loved being able to work with Debbie-she treats me like a daughter! Everyone should go to this company to find a nanny.

When I first started going to college, they set me up with a bunch of temp jobs as my schedule would allow. Once I was ready to commit to a long term family they helped match me to multiple families and helped me choose the perfect fit.

I highly recommend Loving Care Home Services!! Deb and her team are absolutely amazing and have always taken the best care of me! I decided to become a nanny a few years ago and an acquaintance of mine recommend I go through Loving Care and they have done a wonderful job connecting me with some amazing families! I absolutely love my job and appreciate everything Loving Care does for me!

I have been a nanny for 7 years and this agency helped me bring my profession to the next level. Not only did they find me families that treated me very well but they helped me with the entire hiring process, from interviewing the family to making a contract. While I was looking for full-time work I was able to work temp shifts. This also was a great experience and allowed me to have flexibility in my income and power over my schedule. Bonus! The people at Loving Care are so kind and give great feedback. Highly recommend for families and nannies.

Loving Care has provided us with so many amazing babysitters. My kids told me they love our babysitter (through Loving Care) more than they love me - because she's so fun, present, and engaging. My 9-year old wants to start a bee business, and our babysitter helped him write a business plan, which he's so proud of creating! (I never would have thought of this.) Another time she heard his interest in creating a 3D map of his business, so she brought her 3D pen and they physically mapped out his layout! She helps them build with a wooden Structures set creations I could never do. When I give the kids summer homework to do, they push back, but with our babysitter they happily crank it out - with her encouraging them the whole time - so they can maximize their fun time afterwards with her. Our Loving Care babysitters are upbeat, loving, smart, and engaging and we feel so lucky to have Loving Care here in Minneapolis.

I have used Loving Care Home Services for almost 6 years now and have always had THE BEST experience with the caregivers they send. There were times when the person cared for my two energetic boys for months at a time, and we have gotten to know them and love them as members of our family. Same goes for the owners of the company-they are awesome, cheerful and prompt. They honestly are the best caregiver staffing service and I rely on them all the time!

I have done temp work also and have always been placed in great homes with great families! The whole staff works hard and is a joy to work with! Any nanny or family searching for the next best match would be lucky to have Loving Care in your corner!
