Client Review on Lowe Mike CPA
Feedback:
We went into Lowe's office because we have had an LLC formed by Mike a few years ago, and he was great. We returned to form another LLC this month and Jack was the person to "help". He asked a couple questions and charged us $350+ and we were on our way. I expected as before we would get a return call to get the articles of operation, a very necessary part of "forming" an LLC. Of course legalzoom is cheaper but for future amendums, ect, we opted to use a "professional". We didnt receive the paperwork and called him, asked to have the articles of operation emailed. He sent an email saying it was the articles of operation however it was the webpage from sunbiz. After calling and emailing the secretary said they dont do that for LLC's. We eventually got Jack on the phone and he stated he would do it for $75. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT, AND I THOUGHT YOU DIDNT DO THAT!! Anyhow, terrible deal, feel ripped off. And the words Ripped Off and Accountant together are .....welll.......I liked Mike though.
