I am very happy with my daughters pcp Dr. Nair she is amazing at what she does and no matter what she always there when we need her. As for the nurses/associates I am pretty disappointed. I had a concern about my daughters test results. Left several messages and no one ever got back to me. Maybe it’s not serious but as a first time parent they should understand why i worry and at least have the courtesy to return a phone call. That right there made me lose a lot of trust in Loyola. When dr Nair isn’t there seems like none of them really care too much about a patient. The only reason why I give 3 stars is because I like Dr. Nair otherwise I’d give one.
