My husband had an endoscopy scheduled for 1:00, we are told at 1:15 that the procedure wasn’t until 1:45 which turned into 2:15, 3 1/2 hours later my husband comes out. No one ever said anything about this procedure taking so long, no communication, very disappointed, I usually love Loyola.
