M3 Placement & Patnership was very helpful during my job search. I met the company at a job fair and all the staff members in attendance were very friendly. I told them what I was looking for in a career and was told they would follow up with me. Previous job placement companies have said this to me before but, many let the ball drop. This however, was not the case for M3 Placement. They kept all my information on file and alerted me when a position opened that I was qualified for. I especially want to thank staff member Paige for assisting me in my job search. She was very knowledgeable about potential job matches that fit my skill sets and even guided me through the interview process. And thanks to her help, I was offered a job a opportunity with a company that I am happy to be working for. Thank you M3 for helping me in my job search! I would advise anyone searching for work or a new job to seek out their help as they know the job market in the local Central New York area and they can help provide guidance that otherwise may not be available in a solo job search.
