Overall Feedback:

Terrible customer service. She had my information for over 8 months and never touched it. Kept giving me false promises. I ended up just picking up my documents from her and going elsewhere. Not sure how she’s in business with those practices. Got a Christmas card from her and became sick to my stomach!
