I have been going here for years. I have had nothing but the best experience here. Paul is by far the most awesome therapist I have ever had and I have been getting massages for over 30 years. I highly recommend it. Staff is very friendly too!!

Had a good massage therapist there, however, the staff is extremely incompetent. Originally had a membership and cancelled because there always some sort of issue when processing the monthly included massage. So much so that my husband and I both cancelled our membership. TRAIN your staff so you don’t lose clients!

Save your time and money and stay away from massage envy and in particular this place! Worst experince!!!! Save your time and money and stay away from massage envy and in particular this place! Worst experince!!!! On june I went for a masage and the the person giving the massage(I cannot name him massage specialist or therapist or whatever they call themselves) WAS FALLING ASLEEP WHILE GIVING ME THE MASSAGE!!!! The lady at the front desk could care less about my frustration and tried to defend the employee and not listening to my concerns and “made me a service” and charged only half of the session. Must be told that I ended the session earlier, once I was facing up and I had confirmation that he is falling asleep!!! Writing this I relieve the moment and I’m so grossed out and offended! I hold off on writing the review because someone reached out to me and after a few email exchange we spoke on the phone and credit the charge for a next massage. So things got resolved! July and august nonsense discussion about a refund! That I will not elaborate. Unfortunately they are in a business where Customer service is extremely important and they seem to care less! Never ever again massage envy!!! EVER!! Update: Rcvd email explaining how the refund was done to the gift card( when I was told that can not be done to the giftcard) and asked to remove the review. I removed the refund portion of the review as I will consider it resolved, because I will not spend more time in communication with this place!
