At my job, If I treated people the way they do, I wouldn't have a job. The most rude , unprofessional, and arrogant people I've dealt with in a long time. Be real funny if they were all fired in the same manner that they treat people.

I had my water shut off over a month ago and told them I was not going to be living at my old address they went ahead and mailed a check with my remaining balance of 200+ dollars to a house I wasn't going to be living in, I told them to keep it at the office and I would pick it up, now there trying to call me a liar and who in there rite mind sends a check to an address they know someone is not going to be living at I'm baffled it should be company policy to keep the check and have the customer pick it up with I.D. present the staff is very unprofessional they should stop payment on the check and reissue another they actually asked me to pay for the re'issue of the check 25$ lol ya'rite.
