My daughter left a secure job without giving notice, because MAU said they needed her immediately for a position that would not be available the following week and it was offering a substantial pay raise per hour! After working hard for 3 1/2 months obtaining Two (2) Level 2 Certifications (which only hard work can achieve) and training new temps on the machines, the company/MAU let her go! The company decided to put her on a different machine that she was not qualified for, so unfortunately she did not make production! (There were safety concerns not knowing the machine). Because of this, the company sent her home and she was told not to come back! Now she can't use the job prior to MAU as a reference for not giving a 2 week notice nor MAU/Company. She was treated unfair. MAU is not responding to any help and now my daughter has no references because of them. Please try to apply with direct hire or please work your 2 weeks notice. MAU will hurt you in the end if you don't!!
