Pleasant surprise! After having a very simple return for the past 6 years and doing them ourselves, we were not thrilled with doing our taxes this year. We had several changes, including going from Utah State tax only to adding in several other states. Rich was able to take care of all our needs, speak with us about planning for taxes next year, and putting to ease any of our concerns about all the new tax changes. We were nervous about costs associated with all of the different state filings and additional forms we needed done. After working through TurboTax initially, we were looking at about $350 through them. Rich saved us a bunch, and gave us the reassurance of everything done properly. We will definitely be headed back next year.
