Overall Feedback:

Their team is very responsive. When questions arise, I get timely emails with clear answers. When I had a claim (my 1st ever and had no idea what to expect), a was on the phone with them walking through what to expect, documentation needed, and they then arranged the next steps with the adjuster (I received a call from the Adjuster who then scheduled a visit). Even little things like changing who a claim check was made out to, they called and explained exactly what would be needed to make that happen and why it was necessary.
