Overall Feedback:

I moved here from Northfield and had my taxes usually done by Boyer in Burnsville, which is an excellent firm.But Burnsville is some ways from here an I wanted somebody local.Based on a referral by a colleague I decided on Medcity taxes.Big mistake. Theirs follow up is dismal and pretty much non-existent.I am still waiting to get my taxes done from 2017!!!Part of the delay was my fault, but the lack of follow up and care by this company made this whole issue a joke.To the point were I received a letter from the IRS telling me that my taxes from 2017 we're never submitted?Needless to say I went back to Boyer in Burnsville for my 2018 taxes, which incidentally are done and history.
