I was very disappointed with the service that I recieved from one of your agents name Melissa, I have worked in the customer service field for over 10 years and I have never have i had the experience of someone accusing me of an attitude problem who didn’t know me or the true nature of my personality. She call me about a position with a company that was having a hard time deciding between me and a another candidate Mrs. Melissa said that the person who interview me said that I was asking for an amount that they were not able to meet and when I was trying to provide clarity Melissa accused me of having an attitude several times i tried to assure her that i didn’t and that I did not have a reason to do so, She said that she would get in touch with the company and call me back, and as of this moment I have not heard from her. I really think she needs to take some refresh courses in how to deal with people when your in the customer service field.
