Very positive interaction with this practice! They got back to us almost immediately after our online inquiry. We were directed to upload our docs to their website for the review. Within a day, we had a quote (very reasonable) and an invitation to connect our QB accounts for further (free) review. We ended up not hiring them for this year as our previous accountant gave us a better quote (hard to refuse) ... but we will definitely be back! One thing that we ask for in an accountant is responsiveness. Michael certainly has got it!
