The worst experience ever! Just moved to Las Vegas from NYC and l was looking for an accountant to do my taxes. After reviewing all the firms around the area that i live I finally decided to come here. I walked in and set up an appointment for the next week but they asked me to leave all my papers and pay half of the fee ($300 for me and my husband )just to tell us an estimate and have the accountant meet with us on the following week on the day of the appointment. On the day of the appointment we explained to him all the paperwork and he said that he is gonna get back to us with the results. After 10 days i had to call him to see what are the results and he said he is gonna call me back because he didn't had the numbers yet. He did call me back but with unhappy results. I asked him not to file them and went to his office to retrieve my file because I wasn't happy with my returns. Sure enough he gave me back my file but refused to give me my $300 refund stating he spend hours to do my taxes when he actually did it with me through the phone and not just that, he had the guts to ask me for the rest of the fee!!!! After taking my papers back and decided to consult with someone else they discovered a mistake on my last year tax return which he was suppose to do an amendment and he didn't see it!!!!! Very disappointed! Get ready to be scammed !!!
